Simply by having access to a sewing machine, an invalid widow can have a means to support herself in a society where economic mobility has been stifled. The pastors of Sharon India strongly pray for Lord to provide their congregations the means required to work unto the Lord. As a result, the Lord is glorified, and are donors eternally rewarded.
