"A man with leprosy came to him and begged him on his knees, "If you are willing, you can make me clean." Filled with compassion, Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man. "I am willing," he said. "Be clean!" Immediately the leprosy left him and he was cured." Christ did not become defiled when he reached out and touched the leper. Instead, he pronounced him clean. Our pastors spread the same word as Christ, ministering to the souls of the lepers in the outlying colonies, letting them know that they have been pronounced clean through the death and atonement of Jesus Christ. |
